If you're hungry for some very smooth overdrive tones, gnarly & growly fuzz or the ever cool voltage break up effect, The Furry Burrito is that one menu item that will satisfy your cravings.
This pedal preforms best at medium to high amp volumes. There are several options via knobs a switches that give this burrito all kinds of flavor!
The Filter simply controls the amount of treble.
The Gain controls the amount of the saturated overdrive/fuzz type sound. More gain = more sustain.
The Level is the output volume.
The Black Trim knob gives you an overdrive type crunch.
The Clear Trim Knob is a voltage bias adding signal to the break up. Full voltage is 9V. It offers a smoother overdrive sound at full voltage. As the voltage is starved from the circuit, a fuzzy type break up occurs. This knob also happens to be the indicator light. (SUPER COOL)
The Fat Switch adds in some thickness.
The Furry Burrito comes in a sleek aluminum enclosure. The art work for each pedal is etched by creator, Ryan McCay and it's rare that artwork is exactly the same from pedal to pedal.
This pedal has so many cool options and features. It looks amazing and sounds amazing! You get so much for so little at a price of only $185 (plus shipping)
Have a listen!
*This is just one quick demo clip. Played on a Fender Baritone Special. Doesn't feature everything this pedal can do.
