Spaceman.Effects.Top.Secret.Fuzz

TOP SECRET

SOLD OUT

We received an unexpected package in the mail from Spaceman Effects. Inside we discovered a pedal without any markings or instructions so we decided to film a demo of this mystery pedal. Along with my friend Justin Weaver, we try to figure out what this pedal does as we go with no previous instructions. We recorded it live. This is the first time we have plugged this pedal in. Without an official description from Spaceman Effects we can't be sure we got our descriptions of it 100% accurate other than it is a unique fantastic fuzz!

Filmed by Transit Labs at Center Street Studios in Nashville, TN www.centerstreetrecording.com

Spaceman.Saturn.V.Silver

Saturn V Harmonic Booster

Silver
AVAILABLE NOW!
$219 + Shipping

SOLD OUT

The Saturn V is a tone enhancer. It features a simple two knob control layout for Boost and Drive. The Boost control
alone can deliver 18db of boost, with a hint of added sparkle. Adjusting the Drive control will add more harmonic
distortion, while also increasing the total output level of the pedal. Cranking both controls to max will yield 35db of
boost, full of complex harmonic character. The overall tone of the Saturn V gives a subtle openness to the top end of the frequency spectrum. As great as this pedal sounds with guitar, it works equally well with bass and baritone guitar, as it keeps the bass frequencies present, tight and controlled. The harmonic distortion present in the Saturn V is extremely dynamic, dig in and the Saturn V will react. The drive texture is comprised of a mix of odd and even harmonics. The Boost side of the pedal is focused on even-order harmonics. While the Drive side of the pedal increases these even-order harmonics, it noticeably adds odd-order harmonics to the mix. While it excels as a harmonic booster, the Saturn V crosses the line into the realm of light overdrive when the Drive control is maxed. Completely hand soldered and handmade in Portland, Oregon, the Saturn V utilizes true-bypass switching via the heaviest duty mechanical footswitch available, while your tone is transferred via quality open-frame jacks. Open one up and you’ll see an unparalleled display of craftsmanship, with an immaculate hand-soldered PCB, detailed military-spec wiring and custom heavy-duty battery connector. On top of the USA cast-aluminum enclosure sits a durable, engraved vinyl faceplate and jewel indicator light. This pedal is built to last a lifetime. Each pedal is numbered on the nameplate, stating it's limited availability and in addition each is signed and numbered on the inside. The Saturn V also comes with a transferable five year warranty, plus a lifetime discount repair plan.

All sales are final.

Spaceman.Effects.Saturn.V

The newest from Spaceman Effects was announced today! The Saturn V is a Harmonic Boost Overdrive.  It's exactly in between the Mercury lll and the Aphelion.  It starts where the Mercury leaves off and ends where the Aphelion starts.  It's basically a "dirty boost".  Where you can get it pretty much clean, and also get it into a light overdrive.  It's pretty awesome - the dynamics are right in line with the Mercury and Aphelion and the harmonics are what you would expect from Spaceman.

The Saturn V is a tone enhancer.  At once both a harmonic-laden boost and low-gain overdrive, it eludes categorization.  Named after the NASA rocket that propelled the first humans to the moon, the Saturn V is here to rocket your tone into the heavens.

The Saturn V features a simple two knob control layout for Boost and Drive.  The Boost control alone can deliver 18db of boost, with a hint of added sparkle.  Adjusting the Drive control will add more harmonic distortion, while also increasing the total output level of the pedal.  Cranking both controls to max will yield 35db of boost, full of complex harmonic character.
The overall tone of the Saturn V gives a subtle openness to the top end of the frequency spectrum, while not giving up any precious bass frequencies.  As great as this pedal sounds with guitar, it works equally well  with bass and baritone guitar, as it keeps the bass frequencies present, tight and controlled.  In good Spaceman fashion, the harmonic distortion present in the Saturn V is extremely dynamic.  Play with a light touch and you’ll get a clean sound, but dig in and the Saturn V will react.  It feels like playing a tube amp on the edge of breakup

The drive texture in the Saturn V is comprised of a mix of odd and even harmonics.  It is reminiscent of the drive tones heard in the Spaceman Aphelion, although much more subtle.  While it excels as a harmonic booster, the Saturn V crosses the line into the realm of light overdrive when the Drive control is maxed.  It also works well with other pedals, opening up new possibilities with other boost, fuzz, and overdrive effects.
For this pedal, we dug into our stash of vintage military parts, as well as using the highest quality modern parts available.  Metal film resistors are used throughout, along with capacitors from Mallory, F&T, Illinois Capacitor and Panasonic.
On top of the USA cast-aluminum enclosure sits a durable, engraved vinyl faceplate and red jewel indicator light.  This pedal is built to last a lifetime.      We will be releasing the Saturn V in multiple batches in order to prevent long wait times.  The First Editions are Polished Chrome and Copper plated, with NOS 1959 dimmable indicators.  There are 25 Chrome and 50 Copper Available for initial pre-order.  The first 30 pedals ordered are expected to be delivered by Christmas Eve.  There is a limit of one per person, of each edition.  More editions will become available very soon.

Spaceman.Effects.WOW.Signal

Introducing The WOW Signal from Spaceman Effects
Pre-Order Today

This device is like no other we've come across.  The main fuzz manipulator has a wide gain range and utilizes a mix of modern silicon transistors, a vintage Soviet germanium transistor and a custom integrated circuit.  This signal can then be modulated in a unique way by a low-frequency oscillator, which can be fine tuned to transmit the desired message to our friends in deep space.

Completely hand-soldered and handmade in Portland, Oregon, the WOW Signal utilizes true-bypass switching via the heaviest duty mechanical footswitch available.  Open one up and you’ll see an unparalleled display of craftsmanship.  Thick, high-quality PCB along with detailed military-spec wiring, using vintage US made heavy-gauge stranded wire.  On top of the cast aluminum enclosure sits a durable, engraved vinyl faceplate and red jewel indicator light.  This fuzz is built to last a lifetime.  Each pedal is numbered on the nameplate, boasting its limited availability and in addition each is signed and numbered on the inside.  The WOW Signal also comes with a transferable three year warranty, plus a lifetime discount repair plan.

Demos coming soon!

Last.Aphelion

We have one more Spaceman Aphelion Harmonic Overdrive. Over the last month they have been discontinued and have quickly disappeared from shop displays. We have one left. Maybe it's the last one in the country...who knows?

Our guess is if you are here you already know about this elusive pedal. You may also know that everything Spaceman makes is limited in number and will never be manufactured again.

This Aphelion is #16/99 and is the one shown in our demo video.

Silver.Spaceman.Aphelion

Spaceman Effect's extremely popular Aphelion Harmonic Overdrive is starting to get low in numbers. Spaceman has never backed down from making each effect limited in quantity no matter what. The Aphelion is no different. Like the Mercury lll, Spacerocket & Gemini lll, The Aphelion will soon run out and only be found with select dealers, ebay and you may even stumble upon one at a pawn shop in Nashville. The catch is, you'll pay a bit more for it. When they sell out from Spaceman's site it's no surprise that the price goes up on these now rare pedals.

The Aphelion has already sold through it's custom colors like the Chrome, Silver Sparkle, Blue and even a Black reverse color faceplate!

Don't tear up yet because you can still get the standard unfinished silver version and get the exact same tone as all the other fancy Aphelions! And you can get it right here at Elevation Boutiques!

Don't wait on this. We've seen it happen before...you wait...and bam, it's gone for good.

Spaceman.Gemini.lll.Re-Release

It's true! Spaceman Effects announced today that they are re-releasing the notorious Gemini lll Dual Fuzz Generator! The Gemini lll will be released in a sleek powder coat black, different from any other Gemini lll out there! Only 50 Black Available! You can find 15 Blue Gemini lll's exclusively at
Rudy's Music in NYC!

We will begin taking pre-orders on this one of kind, limited run pedal today! Brandon@ElevationBoutiques.com

The Gemini III is an all-discrete (no IC's) transistor fuzz.  It features two different fuzz circuits in parallel, one vintage germanium and the other, modern silicon.  The germanium side uses vintage 70’s, NOS AC128 transistors, prized for their classic fuzz-tone.

The two vastly different fuzzes are blended together via the Ge/Si knob for a layered fuzz tone.  Each fuzz has a choice of three gain settings via toggle switch.  The Master knob controls the output of the final mix, and has enough gain on tap to cause a supernova.

The unique tone control affects each fuzz independently, yet at the same time.  12:00 yields a balanced full range fuzz, turn CW for a fantastic mid-scoop and CCW to smooth out the highs.  The remaining toggle switch controls the direction of the tone-sweep for the germanium side, allowing for opposite sweep directions.  The controls allow for many tone combinations between the two fuzz circuits, for some very unique fuzz blends.

Completely hand-soldered and handmade in Portland Oregon, the Gemini III utilizes true-bypass switching via the heaviest-duty mechanical footswitch available.  Open one up and you’ll see an unparalleled display of craftsmanship.  Thick, high quality PCB’s, along with detailed military-spec wiring using vintage USA made heavy gauge stranded wire.  On top of the USA-cast aluminum enclosure sits an engraved vinyl faceplate and custom engraved knobs.  This fuzz is built to last a lifetime.

The Gemini III covers a wide range of usable fuzz territory, including lower-gain classic tones, heavy high-gain/scooped-mid tones and so much more.  There's plenty of low frequency response on hand to make for an equally awesome bass fuzz (highly recommended for bass).  Also great for baritone and synth.

Each pedal is numbered on the nameplate, boasting it's limited availability, and in addition each is signed and numbered on the inside.  The Gemini III also comes with a transferable three year warranty, plus a lifetime discount repair plan.
