The Saturn V is a tone enhancer. It features a simple two knob control layout for Boost and Drive. The Boost control

alone can deliver 18db of boost, with a hint of added sparkle. Adjusting the Drive control will add more harmonic

distortion, while also increasing the total output level of the pedal. Cranking both controls to max will yield 35db of

boost, full of complex harmonic character. The overall tone of the Saturn V gives a subtle openness to the top end of the frequency spectrum. As great as this pedal sounds with guitar, it works equally well with bass and baritone guitar, as it keeps the bass frequencies present, tight and controlled. The harmonic distortion present in the Saturn V is extremely dynamic, dig in and the Saturn V will react. The drive texture is comprised of a mix of odd and even harmonics. The Boost side of the pedal is focused on even-order harmonics. While the Drive side of the pedal increases these even-order harmonics, it noticeably adds odd-order harmonics to the mix. While it excels as a harmonic booster, the Saturn V crosses the line into the realm of light overdrive when the Drive control is maxed. Completely hand soldered and handmade in Portland, Oregon, the Saturn V utilizes true-bypass switching via the heaviest duty mechanical footswitch available, while your tone is transferred via quality open-frame jacks. Open one up and you’ll see an unparalleled display of craftsmanship, with an immaculate hand-soldered PCB, detailed military-spec wiring and custom heavy-duty battery connector. On top of the USA cast-aluminum enclosure sits a durable, engraved vinyl faceplate and jewel indicator light. This pedal is built to last a lifetime. Each pedal is numbered on the nameplate, stating it's limited availability and in addition each is signed and numbered on the inside. Power

A standard 9-18 volt DC power supply intended for musical instruments with a negative center 2.1mm barrel. 18v will yield higher headroom with a slightly brighter, stronger tone and more volume. We strongly recommend a high quality power supply with isolated outputs and good filtering to avoid unwanted noise. Will also run off a 9v battery for you olde tymee types.

Controls

Treble: Noon is flat, boost is clockwise from noon, cut is counter clockwise from noon.
Middle: Noon is flat, boost is clockwise from noon, cut is counter clockwise from noon.
Bass: Noon is flat, boost is clockwise from noon, cut is counter clockwise from noon.
Presence: Adjusts the top end and upper mids to control the amount of “sizzle” in the dirt. Turn clockwise for a brighter tone, counter clockwise to mellow it out.
Gain: Preamp volume control. Controls the amount of dirt available, from clean to heavy crunch.
Level: Master volume control. There is a lot of level on tap, please adjust accordingly.

The Bad Habbit

An incredibly diverse drive unit that takes you from thick, classic drive tones, to rich and complex distortion, and even mellow fuzz tones. Capable of anything from vintage grit, to modern crunch, to smooth/classic fuzz. The Bad Habit will have you hooked the first time you turn it on. 100% Hand-built in the USA, with high quality components and (as always) true bypass.

REV. 1 : The first revision has altered the circuit to make it compatible with single coils. The Thick switch has been changed into a knob, and the drive control has seen a slight reduction in gain.

Lil Dirt

A versatile overdrive that goes from dirty boost to dynamic drive tones, to high gain break-up bliss. The tone knob adds saturation and girth to the overall sound, while the mud knob controls the gain going into the circuit. The Lil Dirt is a natural extension of your guitar and amplifier, retains your original tone, and sounds as convincing as a cranked tube amp. This is not another cliche overdrive, this is the Lil Dirt. 100% hand-built in the USA with high quality components, and (as always) true bypass.

We have one more Spaceman Aphelion Harmonic Overdrive. Over the last month they have been discontinued and have quickly disappeared from shop displays. We have one left. Maybe it's the last one in the country...who knows?

Our guess is if you are here you already know about this elusive pedal. You may also know that everything Spaceman makes is limited in number and will never be manufactured again.

SPEAKER CRANKER IS NOT A BOOSTER, IT'S AN OVERDRIVE.

The Speaker Cranker is an all discrete dirt enhancement device designed to give your amp some grit and a slight boost without drastically changing the character or tone of your set up. It’s perfect for those that don’t like to fiddle with pesky controls yet want to add a little tube-like breakup or enhance an already over driven amp (or pedal) to give it some extra crunch without over loading the preamp. The single “More” control allows you choose the amount of break up you desire. Just like you would with a tube amp, back it off to thin out the sound and clean it up or crank it up for a fuller sound with a bit of compression.

In August we partnered with a great new line of pedals from a company from Mississippi called The Juliet Collective. The Juliet Collective is a company out of the deep south with a love of music and tone. Started in 2009 by guitar player and inventor, Robbie Spears, The Juliet Collective strives to bring something new to the table. While Mississippi has a long history of providing the world with great musicians, Robbie wasn't one of them. Blessed with a good ear and slow fingers, Robbie decided do what he could for the music he loved and started building gear. Constantly experimenting, The Juliet Collective is on a mission to create that new piece of gear that will add something to the sonic landscape that in 30 years people wouldn't even comprehend not having access to. During The Nashville Amp Expo we featured The Juliet Collective's "Circadia", a polyrhythmic auto wah that caught the attention of many expo goers. Premier Guitar Magazine recently featured The Juliet Collective's "Set Adrift On Memory Bliss" modulated delay calling it "ultra cool".
